On behalf of Ascenz Marorka, MARPRO is looking for a Costumer Success Manager for its operational center in Varna.
The Job:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with the customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with the service and products Ascenz Marorka are providing. This role is a combination of internal communication between departments, understanding of product roadmap and a strategical overview.
The ideal candidate has a maritime background and technical understanding.
Professional experience:
- Relevant maritime education (Naval Architecture or marine engineering education is a plus)
- Knowledge in leading and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high degree of autonomy.
- Experience with customer service.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal for rapports and customer trust use.
Personal Characteristics:
- Proficient problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- A people person who thrives in collaborative work environment based on respect, and trust.
- Good communications skills on all levels.
