On behalf of Scanjet, MARPRO is looking for a Customer Support professional to join the Aftersales department. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused and technical orientated talent. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering support to Scanjet’s customer from the company’s portfolio, including tank cleaning machines, PV valves, and tank level gauging systems.

Key duties

• To be specialized on Scanjet product portfolio, this to be able to:
  • Handle and register customer claims.
  • Offer and sell after sales products.
• Documentation and improvement: Document service activities and provide internal feedback for continuous improvement.
• Offer technical advice and recommendations to superintendents, vessel crews, or on-site managers, ensuring equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.

Professional Qualifications

• Working experience in Customer Support or other similar position.
• Technical and Result oriented individual.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Experience working within MPS/ERP systems, CRM and other various computer operating systems.
• Previous experience in the maritime industry.
• Independent, collaborative and thrive in a Global team environment.
• Cross-cultural awareness and motivation to adapt.
• Having a structured way of working and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
