On behalf of Rohde Nielsen, MARPRO Group is looking for a Dredge Master. 

Rohde Nielsen is a family-owned company that has seen substantial growth in recent years, with exciting prospects on the horizon. Our engaged team and large specialized fleet makes us unique and ensures we are always a step ahead.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Dredge Master to join our team. This role is crucial, as you’ll be managing operations onboard a Backhoe Dredger.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in subsea grabbing.
  
• Solid knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electronics.
• Competence in the mechanical aspects and minor repairs.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• High-quality workmanship.

Role Expectations:

• You will also perform operator duties.
• We seek individuals who are motivated, flexible, and deeply committed to the operation and maintenance of a backhoe.

Who Should Apply:

What We Offer:

• Permanent employment with a balanced 1:1 rotation system (3-4 weeks onboard followed by 3-4 weeks on leave).
