On behalf of C.C. Jensen Benelux B.V., MARPRO is looking for a Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, building up and maintaining relations with a number of large customers and potentials among ship owners in the Benelux. You will be a brand ambassador and create CJC momentum in the market by actively visiting customers and enthusing them for our new build solutions, after sales and services in the field of clean oil BRIGHT IDEAS.
Key duties
- Dedicated focus to major vessel owners, developing and maintaining good relations to realize business development with C.C. Jensen (CJC) retrofit and decarbonization solutions and services
- Promotion and sales of CJC new build solutions, after sales and services in the marine market
- Creating CJC momentum in the market by actively visiting customers, developing networks with superintendents and chief engineers and identification of the customer needs
- Achieving of own budget targets and personal operational criteria
- Personal contribution to reach the CJC Benelux B.V. total budget
- Attending technical & commercial meetings & marine exhibitions, presence and presentation in market user groups & marine seminars
- Offering technical & commercial solutions = offering clean oil BRIGHT IDEAS
- Negotiation of technical solutions, prices and general conditions
- Direct reporting to the General Manager of CJC Benelux B.V.
- Reporting of important communication, documentation and quotation requests in CRM System (Dynamics 365)
- Qualitative contribution to the CJC Marine Global Team
- Quantification of sustainability goals from key account customers to carbon footprint and waste reduction
Professional Qualifications
- You are a technical experienced engineer in the marine market
- You have an existing an substantial maritime network
- Ayou have the ability to work on long customer acquisition trajectories
- You are highly commercially oriented and excellent negotiation skills
- You have demonstrated sales skills both at management level and with onboard teams
- You are experienced in pinpointing stakeholders and navigating large organizations
- Team player in a small local and a global team
Personal Competencies
- Ability to work on long customer acquisition trajectories
- Existing marine network and technical sales experience in working with shipowners and charters
- Positive personality and highly motivated by driving and execution of small and big sales projects
- Outstanding negotiation and sales expertise
- Ability to work autonomously within a dedicated local and global team
