As Sales Manager for our Maritime Cranes you are an essential player in the entire sales process, from quotation to contract negotiations and from new business development to maintaining existing ones.
You work closely with the Sales support and the engineering department.
During projects you will have regular contact with the back office for both commercial and technical matters regarding the cranes sold.

Your responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers, development of strategic new business, support and follow-up of our existing customers
- Preparation of quotations in consultation with our internal sales department
- Conducting contract negotiations and assisting in the drafting of contracts
- Identification of growth and cooperation potential
- Research and analysis of the local market
- Cooperation with Liebherr MCC-tec head offices for sales and marketing, product management and technical support
Professional Competencies
- Successfully completed technical and/or economic education, with associated additional function-related studies and courses
- Several years of experience in a similar position in an industrial company
- experience in sales port equipment, experience port cranes, experience in the maritime world are all big plusses
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Dutch native language, command of English and French in speech and writing is required, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Self-organizing and a cooperative style of working
- A valid driving license type B
