As Service Engineer for our Maritime Cranes you are the partner our customers can rely on you. With your expertise you are able to diagnose, maintain, service and repair the cranes in the field.

During projects you will have regular contact with the office planning and technical matters but you will mostly operate independently on location.

Your responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
• Performing service and maintenance on port machinery
• Periodic technical inspections and functional tests
• Drawing up detailed service reports for your direct supervisor

Professional Competencies

• You are a technician at heart with an excellent knowledge of hydraulics and electrical engineering who works in a solution-oriented manner
• Mechanics, hydraulics and electronics hold no secrets for you
• Experience with bus systems (CAN bus, EtherCAT) is a plus
• A service-oriented attitude with the right team spirit
• Mastery of spoken and written English
• Fear of heights is unknown to you
• In possession of a valid driving license B, driving license E is a plus
• In possession of a valid VCA (VOL) certificate or willing to obtain one
