As an Office Manager and Administrator, you will take care of the overall administration, accounting, invoicing and the day-to-day dealings for the team in the Netherlands. You will be a part of HS.Equipment small team located in Gorinchem, the Netherlands.  HS.Equipment is responsible for the Sales and Service support in the Benelux region representing HS.Marine SRL, a leading Italian crane manufacturer for the maritime industry.

The atmosphere in the office is friendly and welcoming, the team members work in close cooperation and always support each other. 

What are we expecting you to possess?

·       MBO 4 education in finance or equivalent e.g. bookkeeper, (jr.) accountancy

·       3-5 years of experience in a similar position

·       Administrative, accountancy and back office affinity

·       Service-oriented attitude

·       Ability to perform tasks independently

·       Being accurate, structured and well-organized

·       Being proactive and willing to take responsibilities

·       Fluency in speaking and writing in Dutch and English, Italian is a plus
