The Job

The Financial Administrator ensures a thorough administration of the ongoing processes within the company. You will also contribute to the financial reports, such as the monthly and annual closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales invoices, projects and goods.

• Booking incoming invoices

• Project administration:

  • Creating projects, checking time registration, cost registration

  • Document control and data collection for specific projects

• Administration and control of incoming invoices

• Keeping credit card statements and ensuring timely processing in records

• Work with the team to achieve financial goals

Job requirements

• MBO working and thinking level or several years of experience in administrative direction

• At least 2 years of work experience within a finance department

• Experience with Business Central is a plus

• Proficiency in Dutch and English

• Available 24 to 32 hours

• You're accurate

• You have good communication skills and a positive attitude

• You are a team player

• You used to working with deadlines

De Functie:

De Financieel Administrateur zorgt binnen het bedrijf voor een gedegen administratie van de lopende processen. Ook werk je mee aan de financiële rapportages, zoals de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Opstellen van verkoopfacturen projecten en goederen.

• Inboeken van binnenkomende facturen

• Projectadministratie:

  • aanmaken projecten, controleren urenregistratie, kostenregistratie

  • documentcontrole en gegevensverzameling voor specifieke projecten

• Binnenkomende declaraties controleren en verantwoorden in de boeken

• Bijhouden van creditcardafschriften en zorgen voor tijdige verwerking in de administratie

• Werkt samen met het team om financiële doelen te bereiken

Functie eisen

• MBO werk- en denkniveau of enkele jaren ervaring in administratieve richting

• Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen een financiële afdeling

• Ervaring met Business Central is een pré

• Beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal

• 24 tot 32 uur beschikbaar

• Je ben accuraat

• Je bent communicatief vaardig en positief ingesteld

• Je bent een teamspeler

• Je kunt goed omgaan met deadlines
