On behalf of Uni-Safe A/S, MARPRO Group is looking for a Boat Mechanic for the workshop in Frederikshavn. You will report to the Workshop Manager in Frederikshavn.

The job

As a Boat Mechanic at Uni‑Safe A/S, you will work hands‑on with some of the most advanced RIB boats on the market. Your days will be spent servicing, repairing, and preparing customer boats, ranging from rubber and inflatable tube work to fiberglass repairs, engine service, electrical troubleshooting and test sailing. In this role, you use your technical expertise to diagnose issues, ensure high-quality workmanship and help deliver boats that perform at their best. You will be part of a small, experienced team in Frederikshavn, where your craftsmanship, precision and practical skills truly make a difference.

Professional qualifications

• Trained mechanic or boat mechanic with strong, hands‑on technical skills

• Strong knowledge of outboard engines (petrol/diesel) such as Yamaha etc

• Holds a valid speedboat license, or is willing to obtain it

• Able to obtain security clearance and work responsibly with a strong focus on quality

• Comfortable working with mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting

• Able to speak, write and understand technical English at a reasonable level
