On behalf of ADS van STIGT, MARPRO Group is looking for a Service Coordinator for the office in Gorinchem. You will report to the Service Manager.

The job

As a Service Coordinator, you plan time slots for service and repairs of installations. You ensure that customers are informed and that the technicians know exactly when they are expected somewhere. Is a schedule not feasible? Then you inform the right people and make new arrangements.

You carry out your work in the office and share a space with the other service coordinators. You advise our partners where necessary on service and warranty of our products. As a Service Coordinator you are responsible for the overall coordination of all Service activities conducted for a fixed group of customers assigned to you.

The goal is meeting the customer's expectations!

Additional responsibilities

• Connecting operational questions and requests from the customer with the internal organization

• Coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, prioritizing and adjusting project implementation

• Contract management of sold projects, coordination of all project agreements and appointments

• Understand the risks of operations and assess prevention and potential impact

• Monitoring customer satisfaction and managing expectations and, where necessary, taking actions within the own organization to achieve the desired result

• Advising on making choices regarding the operational implementation of current and future projects

• Building and maintaining a network of internal (and external) relationships

Professional qualifications

• You have at least MBO-4 working and thinking level preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar

• Accuracy; You stand for service and quality in the handling of service questions

• In addition to Dutch, you have a good command of English both verbally and in writing

• Knowledge of German and/or French are considered to be an advantage

• You enjoy interpreting technical drawings

• You have knowledge of Word and Excel

In opdracht van ADS van STIGT is MARPRO Group op zoek naar een Service Coördinator voor het kantoor in Gorinchem, waarbij je rapporteert aan de Service Manager.

De functie

Als Service Coördinator plan je tijdvakken in bij service en reparaties van installaties. Je zorgt dat klanten op de hoogte zijn én dat de monteurs precies weten op welk moment ze ergens verwacht worden. Is een planning niet haalbaar? Dan stel jij de juiste mensen op de hoogte en maak je nieuwe afspraken.

Je verricht jouw werkzaamheden op kantoor en deelt een ruimte met de andere servicecoördinatoren. Je adviseert onze partners waar nodig over service en garantie van onze producten. Als Service Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de algehele coördinatie van alle Service aan een vaste groep aan jou toebedeelde klanten.

Dit alles met als doel om aan de verwachtingen van de klant te voldoen!

Aanvullende verantwoordelijkheden

• Verbinden van operationele vragen en verzoeken vanuit de klant met de interne organisatie

• Coördineren, bewaken, evalueren, prioriteren en bijsturen van de projectuitvoering

• Contract- en afsprakenmanagement van verkochte projecten

• De risico's tijdens de operatie begrijpen en beoordelen op mogelijke impact

• Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en managen van verwachtingen en waar nodig acties ondernemen binnen de eigen organisatie om het gewenste resultaat te behalen

• Adviseren bij het maken van keuzes met betrekking tot de operationele uitvoering van huidige en toekomstige projecten

Opbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk van interne (en externe) relaties


Beroepskwalificaties

• Je hebt minimaal MBO- 4 werk- en denkniveau met een voorkeur richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar

• Accuratesse; Je staat voor service en kwaliteit in de afhandeling van de service vragen

• Naast het Nederlands beheers je Engels in woord en geschrift

• Kennis van het Duits en of Frans zijn een pré

• Je vindt het leuk om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren

• Programma’s zoals Word en Excel zijn je niet vreemd
