On behalf of HS.Equipment, the sales representatives for HS.MARINE in the Benelux region and providing global service support to all operational HS.MARINE cranes, MARPRO is looking for a Business Development/Account Manager.
HS.MARINE is the leading Manufacturer of (especially) hydraulic knuckle and telescopic boom cranes for markets such as Workboats, Dredging, Fishery, Fishfarming and Offshore with models ranging from 5 to 1300tm lifting capacity.
The subdivision of HS.Marine, is extending its business and therefore in need of a new Business Developer, working from their office in Gorinchem, the Netherlands. The Business Development/Account Manager must be self- driven and experienced in working independently as well as being able to act as a dedicated team player. You will be responsible for sales of their large equipment while also taking care of life cycle support of delivered cranes through service and spare part sales.

Technical and commercial background
Commercial understanding
Proven sales track record with cranes
Experienced in selling to shipowners, traders, charterers, brokers is a major plus
Experience with direct sales
Network in the shipping industry is preferred
Business English and Dutch both verbal as well as written
Hunter type with ability to close orders

Dedicated and ambitious
Accuracy in writing and documentation
Managerial skills
Solution oriented and advice driven
Ability to act individually, but work as part of a small but dedicated team
