On behalf of W&O Supply, part of the Vytl Controls Group, MARPRO Group is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the offices in Rotterdam and/or Bergen op Zoom.

The job
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are co-responsible for all incoming inquiries within the sales department. Together with (potential) customers and your colleagues, you search for the best solutions to their technical challenges. This could range from replacing a specific meter on a ship off the coast of Rio de Janeiro to replacing outdated instrumentation on a ship in the port of Rotterdam. Your task is to provide expert advice and create quotes for instrumentation. This is a highly varied and challenging role where you work closely with colleagues from sales, procurement, and the logistics team to ensure successful global deliveries.

Professional qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the maritime sector.

• Knowledge of instrumentation.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.

• Ability to think beyond national borders and handle international sales processes.

De functie
Als Inside Sales Representative ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor alle binnenkomende offerteaanvragen. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om de beste technische oplossingen te vinden voor uiteenlopende uitdagingen, van het vervangen van een specifieke meter voor de kust van Rio de Janeiro tot het vervangen van verouderde instrumentatie op een schip in de haven van Rotterdam. Je geeft deskundige adviezen en offertes op voor instrumentatie. In deze afwisselende rol schakel je continu met je collega’s van sales, inkoop en het logistieke team om een optimaal resultaat voor de klant te garanderen.

Beroepskwalificaties

• Ruime ervaring (minimaal 5 jaar) in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de maritieme sector.

• Ruime kennis van instrumentatie.

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

• Ervaring met internationale verkoop en het denken over landsgrenzen heen.
