On behalf of W&O Supply, part of the Vytl Controls Group, MARPRO Group is looking for an Orderdesk Officer MRO for the office in Rotterdam.

The job
As an Orderdesk Officer MRO, you are responsible for the accurate processing and follow-up of related customer orders. You serve as the essential link, ensuring all orders are correctly entered into the ERP system and that customers are kept informed about their order status and delivery times. You work closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales, Logistics, Procurement and the Warehouse to ensure everything runs according to plan. Your tasks are varied: from creating and checking order documentation to monitoring deadlines and supporting compliance documentation. You proactively contribute to process improvements and you are able switch smoothly between tasks, customers, internal departments, and systems.

Professional qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the maritime sector

• Knowledge of instrumentation and/or valves is an advantage

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills

• Experience with ERP systems, order documentation, and administrative support. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

De functie
In de rol van Orderdesk Officer MRO ben je de onmisbare schakel voor het nauwkeurig verwerken en opvolgen van alle klantorders. Je zorgt ervoor dat orders tijdig en correct in het ERP-systeem staan en dat klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van hun orderstatus en levertijden. Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers, Inside Sales, Logistiek, Inkoop en het Magazijn om te garanderen dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je takenpakket is zeer afwisselend: van het opstellen van orderdocumentatie en archivering tot het bewaken van deadlines en het ondersteunen bij compliance-documentatie. Je denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen klanten, systemen en interne afdelingen.

Beroepskwalificaties

• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de maritieme sector

• Kennis van instrumentatie en/of afsluiters is een pré

• Je communiceert makkelijk en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift

• Je hebt ervaring met het werken in ERP-systemen en administratieve ondersteuning. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een pré
