On behalf of Survey Association, MARPRO Group is looking for a skilled Towmaster for Rig Moves & Decommissioning. 

The job

As Towmaster, you will be operational leader on challenging offshore projects:

• Plan and lead rig moves, towage, and decommissioning operations.
• Supervise AHTS and anchor handling operations offshore.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency during marine operations.
• Provide technical input on towage planning, mooring, and vessel suitability.
• Act as the operational link between client, MWS, and vessel crews.

Professional qualifications

• Master Mariner with proven experience in offshore towage and anchor handling.
• Documented and successful track record as a Towmaster / Rig Move Master.
• Solid technical understanding of offshore units, mooring systems, and DP/AHTS operations.
• Clear and confident English communication skills (Danish is a plus).
• Denmark-based with full readiness for international offshore travel.

• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues, clients, and crews.
• Highly structured with the ability to manage and keep complex operations on track.
