• Rig Construction and Preparation: Played a key role in the team delivering four rigs for Equinor, including overseeing marine systems, commissioning, and system criticality studies. Hybrid engagement Norway, Indonesia & South Korea.

• Safety Program Development: Led the creation and implementation of a DROPS (Dropped Objects Prevention Scheme) program in collaboration with several parties, ensuring safety awareness and hands-on training for rig crews.

• Operational Excellence: Specialized in maintenance system development, emergency preparedness studies, and Factory Acceptance Testing to ensure operational readiness.
