The job

In this role, you will coordinate and plan daily service operations within marine electronics, acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests. You will ensure efficient execution of service activities by scheduling and allocating travelling service technicians, while maintaining a balanced approach between customer expectations and technician workload and availability.

Your responsibilities include supporting service technicians with planning, logistics and documentation, following up on service deliveries and service sales, and ensuring clear, structured communication between customers and field engineers. You will manage the practical realities of maritime service operations, including tight schedules, changing vessel itineraries and international travel, while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Professional competencies required for this role

• Experience from shipping, maritime services, logistics or related industries

• Proven ability to coordinate people, tasks and priorities

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

• Basic technical understanding of marine or industrial systems

• Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
